Wireless Systems:
We offer three different wireless solutions. 1) Analog cordless telephones; 2) Digitally integrated wireless telephones; and 3) Multicell wireless systems, which enable a client to wander with their digitally integrated handset anywhere in large offices, hospitals, warehouses, etc. Multicell systems involve installing repeaters/transmitters throughout the facility. As users roam from one part of the site to another, their conversation is handed off from transmitter to transmitter, so that they are in constant communication.
Call Centers:
Technical Support, Customer Service, and Order Taking Departments are often called “Call Centers.” To be efficient, Call Centers must be able to manage incoming calls: organizing the queue, sending the next call in queue to the first available agent, servicing the customer on hold with messages and information they may need. Call Accounting:
For complete control of your communication costs, we offer the CASH Call Accounting Software. Managing communication costs can be an administrative nightmare. With the CASH Call Accounting system, you are able to generate hundreds of customized reports to manage you company’s telecommunication costs as well as allocate costs between departments. CASH can product reports such as Trunk Load Traffic Analysis, All Calls Generated by Individual Stations, Summary Reports of All Calls, as well as any long distance abuse. CASH is used as a productivity tool, reducing “friends and family” calls, and stopping 411 and 976-type calls. CASH can be used for detailed time billing for all of your accounts. Salesmen can track their own productivity by reviewing the actual inbound and outbound calls that they make in any given day.
